叶军，武汉大学历史系，现任广州交易所集团有限公司副总裁、广州碳排放权交易所董事长，广东金融协会绿色金融委员会委员，广东省低碳管理标准化技术委员会副主任委员，作为专家组成员参与多项国家、省市低碳项目开发方法学评审、项目评审等，是国内知名的碳交易和低碳经济专家。率领广州碳排放权交易所科研团队多次参与世行、亚行、联合国开发计划署、国家自然基金、国家发改委的课题项目。

孟萌，现任广州碳排放权交易中心有限公司董事兼总经理、广东金融学会绿色金融专业委员会秘书长、广州市花都区第十一届政协委员。在低碳环保领域有多年工作经验，熟悉低碳、节能环保等绿色产业现状和发展趋势；深刻理解和熟练运用碳定价理论，参与筹建运营广州碳排放权交易所；参与多项国家级及省市级研究课题，对于推动广东省碳排放权交易市场成为全国最大的区域碳市场具有重要贡献，为探索以市场化手段节能减排，推动绿色金融体系建设积累了宝贵经验。

General Manager

Meng Meng, served as the General Manager of Guangzhou Emissions Exchange Co., Ltd. (CEEX), the Secretary-General of Guangdong Green Finance Committee, and the 11^th People's Political Consultative Conference Member of Huadu District Guangzhou. She possesses years of working experience in low-carbon environmental protection field and has intimate knowledge of current situation and development trends of green industries such as low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection, etc. She is conversant with carbon pricing theory and has participated in constructing and operating CEEX. She has also engaged in several research projects of national, provincial and municipal level, making great contribution to advancing Guangdong carbon emissions trading market as the largest regional carbon market in China and accumulating precious experience in exploring market-oriented means of energy saving and emissions reduction as well as promoting the construction of green financial system.
